How is the PortaSplit installed?

The installation is true 'plug & play' and requires no drilling or professional assistance. The outdoor unit is simply hung on the window using the included bracket. Thanks to the extremely flat, 2.7 cm thin hose, the window can be closed almost completely, ensuring the heat stays outside.

What are the advantages over conventional portable air conditioners?

Conventional monoblock units draw in warm air from the outside, which reduces efficiency. The PortaSplit utilizes true split technology: it is 6 times more powerful and 4 times more efficient. Additionally, the noisy compressor remains outside, making thel indoor unit extremely quiet.

How is the PortaSplit delivered?

Your Midea PortaSplit will be delivered safely and professionally by our logistics partner, Prosatech, via a freight forwarding service on a pallet.Once the goods reach the regional distribution center, the shipping company will contact you by phone (or in exceptional cases via email) to arrange a specific delivery date.Standard delivery is made to the curbside.After your order has been shipped, you will also receive a tracking ID, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment online at any time.

How can I cancel my order?

You can withdraw from your purchase within the statutory 14-day period without providing any reasons. Please contact our customer service to initiate this process. Since the Midea PortaSplit is delivered via a freight carrier, the return is not handled by a standard parcel service, but through an organized pickup by our logistics partner, Prosatech.
